What are wagering requirements?

If you are a Royal Vegas casino member, you've probably received a bonus from us and learned that wagering requirements apply to this bonus. Wagering requirements are particular rules that apply to all the bonus credits you receive. If you have not accepted any bonuses from us, you will have no wagering requirements to meet. All online casinos have these rules in some form.

What are the requirements?

You need to wager the bonus amount at least 30 times before you can withdraw the money from the bonus account. If you have not met these requirements, you cannot withdraw the profits from the bonus.

Why have wagering requirements?

When you get a bonus, technically you are playing with the casino's money. Naturally, we would like you to play that money at the casino, rather than withdrawing it to play somewhere else. You can compare it to a gift card in a store. You can’t use the gift card in any other store. The purpose of the bonus is mainly to extend your playing time and to make your casino experience more enjoyable. So, if you get a bonus of $10, you need to wager $10 x $30 = &300 before the bonus balance can be transferred to the cash balance.

1. There is a difference between betting credits and buying credits – you don’t have to buy $300 credits, you simply need to place bets to the value of $300. 2. The different types of casino games contribute different percentages of your bets towards your wagering requirements. For more precise information on the rates, please see the Promotion Terms and Conditions, point 23. I can reveal that slots will contribute 100%, so play any kinds of slot games if you want to achieve the wagering requirements in the shortest possible time.

Cash Balance and Bonus Balance

You have two different balances on your casino account, a Cash Balance and a Bonus Balance. The Cash Balance is the money you can consider as pure cash that can be withdrawn from the casino whenever you want. The Bonus Balance is the amount you received in bonuses from us at the casino. This balance moves gradually over to your Cash Balance as you meet the wagering requirements. Want more information about the wagering requirements and your balances?
