One Hyde Park is considered the signature development of the Candy Brothers, who reportedly sold the property for US$226.9 million (reports claim the price was lower). The architectural design was done by Roger Stirk Harbour + Partners, while the Candy brothers did the interior. Private facilities include a squash court, cinema, and golf-simulator.
432 Park Avenue, New York

The penthouse at 432 Park Avenue costs US$95 million. The building was designed by renowned architect Rafael Viñoly and interiors were done by Deborah Berke. Situated in mid-town Manhattan, the building is modern and cool. Apart from amenities such as wine cellar and a 75-foot indoor swimming pool, residents have their own private restaurant. The penthouse has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a library. The building was completed in 2015.
One57, New York

This luxury apartment building towers 1,004 ft. over Midtown Manhattan, making it the tallest residential building in the Big Apple. The building has 95 condos, residents of which have access to a yoga studio and pet grooming facilities. More creative dwellers can let their creative juices flow in the arts and crafts atelier room. The building was designed by French architect Christian de Portzamparc and Thomas Juul-Hansen created the interior.
South Bank Tower, London

The South Bank Tower sits on the River Thames. Residents have a view of the London Eye and the city at large. The building will house 191 luxury apartments and some office space. The development is expected to be completed in 2016.
Tour Odéon, Monaco

The Tour Odéon completes the Riviera shoreline beautifully. The building was completed last year and houses some of the most luxurious (and expensive) apartments in Europe. The high rise building, the highest in the region, overlooks Larvotto Beach. Residents have a clear view of the glimmering Mediterranean floor-to-ceiling windows. The living areas are sleek and modern. Amenities include a private pool and a cool waterslide.
Opus Hong Kong

The apartment on the eight floor has already broken the record for the most expensive apartment in the city. The building is located favorably on trendy 53 Stubbs Road on the Peak. Amenities include rainwater recycling for irrigation and facilities to charge electric cars. Currently the apartments are available for rent.
