Choose your preferred method of payment
When you want to make a withdrawal you will need to choose how you want to receive your money - your preferred method of payment. Please follow the instructions in the Bank section of the casino software.
We will do everything we can to pay out your withdrawal using your preferred method of payment and we reserve the right to pay you using the most viable payment option. This could be a cheque in many cases.
How you get paid
- The portion of your withdrawal less than or equal to the original deposit amount will be paid to you through the deposit option that was used to make the original deposit e.g. Neteller or Click2Pay
- Any additional balance owed to you will then be paid out to you through the preferred withdrawal option you have selected
- There is an 8 day pending period if you request a withdrawal after depositing using an instant deposit method such as InstaDebit
- Due to restrictions applicable in certain countries we may not be able to pay your withdrawal through VISA or MasterCard
We will do everything we can to pay your withdrawal in the shortest time possible (notwithstanding certain factors beyond our control such as limitations imposed by financial/banking institutions).
How to make a withdrawal
Your casino account balance will remain after you finish a session of play - this means you don't have to withdraw your available cash balance every time you finish playing. The next time you log in to your account your money will still be there to play with.
Here's how to make a withdrawal at Royal Vegas Online Casino:
- Make sure you are connected to the Internet
- Open the casino and log in to your account
- Click on Bank
- Select "Withdrawal"
- Follow the instructions shown to choose your preferred payment method and make your withdrawal
- Any money you request withdrawn will remain in your casino account for 24 hours, allowing you to reverse your withdrawal request if needed
- You can request a reversal of the withdrawal by following the instructions in the Bank section of the casino software
